This chocolate frosting recipe uses Sour Cream to provide a wonderful tangy contrast to any cake. You can use it on a rich dark chocolate cake or any cake of your choosing. I quite like it as a frosting on my carrot and walnut cake as a change from the usual cream cheese frosting.
