With the exclusion of those allergic to chocolate, everyone loves chocolate and everyone has there own favorite brand, type and flavor of chocolate.
If a chocolate recipe calls for a brand of chocolate not available locally or is one you don’t like, don’t hesitate to substitute it with your own favourite brand. Just ensure you use the correct ‘type’ of chocolate. That is if the recipe says dark chocolate, use dark chocolate. If the chocolate recipe calls for milk chocolate, use milk chocolate.
